When will my items ship?

Subscription Boxes will be sent January, April, July, and October.  For example, if you subscribe in June you will receive your first Mana Box in July and your final box in April. If you subscribed to the Bonus Box Special, you will receive that box in December, no matter what time of year you ordered your subscription. 

If you purchase a single box during our limited time specials, these are shipped the last Friday of each month. 

Does Mana Boutique ship outside of the United States? 

Currently Mana Boutique only ships within the continental United States. We are happy to consider special requests for shipping outside our current area for an additional shipping charge.  Please contact us at if you have an inquiry.

I would like to change my address or send my box to a friend. How do I do this? 

You can change your address before any quarterly shipment. Approximately two weeks prior to shipping you will receive an email reminding you of your upcoming Mana Box arrival. Instructions to change the delivery address will be included in this email.

What is Mana Boutique return policy? 

Mana Boutique does not accept returns and all sales are final. If you have any missing, damaged, lost, defective, or incorrect items please notify us within two weeks of delivery at and our customer service team will be happy to help.
